Tamaki Int- Blog Update

If there's a few less postings online until next week there's a good reason why!
If anyone is offered a Tamaki Intermediate School Laptop cheap, including video tapes of the school performances, camp footage and Samoan languages then please let us know... unfortunately Mr Webb's had a burglary and some enterprising individual has helped themselves to our school property... hopefully we'll be able to recover the footage and post online later, as well as replace/re film the footage that's been lost... but please bear with us...

I am very sad to hear what has happened to you. That is very disappointing. It is very disheartening to lose all your work when you have put so much effort into it. I do hope you are able to recover from this set-back quickly.

Sad news, the kids must be most unhappy. Good job for online storage so all the previous stuff can still be seen!

10 days till my lot start back! I'll post pictures of our new teaching space (when the rubbish is removed!) - you'll see why I say space and not classroom!

I've got a pc lap top as well as the apple one from school if you want to borrow it. The pc is my personal one so it will be ok to keep as long as you need it.

Thanks for that everyone. I'm really lucky actually because Mrs Burt had a meltdown the other week and that reminded me that I needed to have everything backed up, so the material that I've already processed I have back ups for. I've lost originals of the School musical (had four different versions but only got one on HD) and some rugby games and some footage. Who knows maybe when the thieves know what they've got they might go, ah its a teacher we'll give it all back. Yeah right.

OH wow, this is SO disappointing! You are doing such an amazing job - I hope they get returned to you asap and things tick along again! Lucky that you had most of your work backed up, it isn't a nice feeling losing all your and the kids hard work!
