Explanation about this site - which is now closed

Thank you for your visit.  This site closed in 2008 at the conclusion of the school year.  Subsequently following this page the teacher responsible had pages at Melville Intermediate ( and current page at Auroa Primary School (

When this page was created in 2008 it involved the creation of additional material for the site from third party sites - for example from Teachertube and Bubble Slides.  Some of these sites have since closed, deleting the material and causing there to be posts on this blog that contained that material to be blank.  Apologies for that.

Students in New Zealand have another two weeks of holidays before the end of our summer holidays with students back in early February in most places. A reminder that this site is being maintained as a static site - new posts (2009) relating to the work of the teacher will be posted on our new site opening in a couple of weeks.
